Objection
Since 2022, I’ve been part of the Kollektiv Objection.
In 2023, we staged “Secret Ingredients,” a hero’s journey exploring the theme of aging, and in 2026, we're staging “All Inclusive,” a piece about vacations with all it’s longings and contradictions.
Together, we develop material theater, object theater, and performances that are socially critical and feminist. Our signature style: The interplay between materials and the human body on stage is central. Sensual, multisensory experiences intertwine with the performers’ personal stories. Research material from literature and interviews with everyday people connect with the narratives of the objects themselves.
Video art brings objects, people, and digital images into dialogue. We primarily perform our pieces at the Schaubude in Berlin and Theaterwerkstatt Bethel in Bielefeld.
