Since 2024, I have been working as the final director for Pop-Up-Mountain Company.
In 2024, we staged the piece “Car guys, gay trucks and Oil,” which explored masculinities and cars. In 2027, we will stage the piece “Schällewiiber,” which deals with customs and queerness between village and city life.
The work of Pop-Up-Mountain Company moves between lecture performance, soundscape, and embodied storytelling. Pop-Up-Mountain seeks moments of politically correct ecstasy — moments in which content and form intertwine and friction becomes resonance.
